TO BE ( am, is are) Present form:

      İngilizcenin temelini oluşturur, Türkçe 'de kullandığımız öznelerden hemen sonra kullanılır, cümleye olmak anlamı katar.

örnek: Ben burdayım.
           I am here. görüldüğü gibi to be 'nin parçası olan (am) burada bulunmak, olmak anlamında kullanılmıştır.

Hiç ingilizce bilmeyen biri am ,is ,are'ı özneden sonra kullanıp birde isim yada sıfat kullanırsa cümleyi kurmuş olur...
Örnek:    Dünya yuvarlaktır.

Yükleme ''ne '' yuvarklaktır diye sorduğumuzda : Dünya ,bu kelimeyi sözlükten bul ve yaz daha sonra olmak fiilinin tekil hali olan is 'i kullan daha sonra ''yuvarlak'' kelimesini sözlükten bul ve yaz
    yani : The world is round.   ( The

bu) kelimesi evren ile ilgili isimlerle mutlaka kullanılır......

TO BE hem present(şimdiki durum), hem past(geçmiş ) ,hem de participle( mişli geçmiş yada günümüze gelen vakalar için kullanılır.

1) a) am sadece I ile kullanılır.(I am..........)
b) is he she it ve bütün tekil durumlarda kullanılır.(It is ....... she is........ he is......... ve The sun is ........ gibi

c) are bütün çoğul öznelerle kullanılır. They are........ We are.............. you are................. gibi
